Dear person in charge,
I'm yann from Kuching here. I order my dinner around 6.40p.m. the following are:
1. fillet o fish + large fries + large coke without ice + ice-cream + free cola glass (clear color)
2. fillet o fish + large fries + large coke without ice
3. 6 pieces nuggets
4. chicken mc deluxe
I waited until around 7.45pm i called mc delivery service number and female answered my call saying it is on the way. Then i waited again and i called around 8pm ++ they said still on the way. Around 8.20pm i made my 3rd call, a man named mahes (if not mistaken) answered my call saying my delivery already on my way. i received my "dinner" a few minuted later WITHOUT my drinks and a GREEN glass.
Then i called AGAIN. A girl/woman named Tina answered my call. i told her i received INCOMPLTE meals + melted icre-cream + soften fries + cold burgers in a WET plastic. she told me she'd change my ice-cream and glass. I asked her how long should i wait, she said A FEW MINUTES.
Fine. i received 2 cola WITH ICE, an ice-cream and a clear cola glass. so, i returned the green glass and melted ice-cream to the delivery boy at 9.30pm WITHOUT saying ANYTHING!! NOT even a sorry.my question is, is this the ACTUAL manner of McDonald in treating your customer? i requested the manager in charge to call (Jaafar) but he didn't. i'm really really upset with this service. i hope McDonald will do something on this.
